Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Van-Dorn PC330-74 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Viscom products, including obsoleted and phased-out Veris parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Warner-Electric product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Viscom such as the VTR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H803608003 manufactured by Veris and we are pleased to be able to service most Veris systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K2G20115V by Manufacturer Warner-Electric as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Vartech-Systems Brand VT190P in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Verstarker such as 5225131 equipment made by Verstarker have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Verstarker products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Verstarker" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 894051862 made by Warner--Swasey as well as the popular B2506WIJ original spares produced by Velmex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 75875 by Wago and 5225131 spares by Verstarker are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MA4009W1S4RS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Velmex.
